Support a Voice for District 5 Families
Change in our schools starts with community support. Your contribution directly funds our grassroots efforts—from reaching neighbors in Johns Creek and Alpharetta to ensuring every student in District 5 has a champion on the Board.
Whether it’s $25 or $500, every dollar stays right here in Fulton to help us build a more transparent, collaborative, and excellence-driven school system. Together, we can do better for our kids.
Legal Note: Georgia law requires us to collect the name, address, occupation, and employer for all contributions over $100.

Yes. An "in-kind" donation refers to a gift of goods or services rather than cash, such as providing event space, office supplies, or professional services like graphic design. Just like monetary donations, in-kind contributions are not tax-deductible and must be reported at their fair market value if they exceed state reporting thresholds.
-
While you can certainly dedicate your support to a loved one, Georgia law strictly prohibits "contributions in the name of another". This means you cannot provide funds to someone else for the purpose of having them make a donation in their name, nor can you be reimbursed for your own contribution. All donations must be made using the donor's own personal or business funds.
-
Yes. Georgia law allows corporations, LLCs, and other business entities to contribute directly to campaign committees for local office. Please note that:
Contribution Limits: Business entities are subject to the same "per election" contribution limits as individuals.
Aggregated Limits: If you own multiple affiliated businesses, their combined total contributions cannot exceed the legal limit for a single donor.
Reporting Requirements: For business donations over $100, we are required to report the legal name of the business and its principal place of business.
